She did an amazing job helping us find a home. We were only in town to house hunt for a few days (we are from New York). Tammy worked overtime to get us to see as many houses as possible in limited time. She was very attentive to our wants and needs in a home. She was very cognizant of our budget as well. We found a home! Then Tammy dis an amazing job getting everything done by phone and Facebook when we were back in NY. Additionally Tammy was so kind and considerate as we had to delay things due to the Covid virus. This was just an amazing experience and we can't wait to move into our new home!

When we got ready to sell it, we didn't think of working with anyone else. Tammy's knowledge of the market and her responsiveness to the client is second to none. No matter what time of day or day of the week, if we had a question or concern, she was quick to respond to a text or call. Her warm personality comes thru on the phone and you just know that she's someone you can trust. Since we're six hours away, we needed to be able to rely on her and she was there for us every step of the way. If I could give her 6 stars I would! She's the absolute best!!

"She helped me to sell one of the homes I inherited from my mom. It was sort of off the beaten path, but she was able to get potential buyers and we eventually sold. She was there for us at each step of the way and offered advice. It was the first time I had ever sold a home. I'd call on her services again."

She explained everything so that i could understand each step amd when signing documents she went over part so i would know what i was signing.When my landlord decided he needed to live in the house i was renting and gave me 30 days to get out Tammy arranged for me to have a temporary occupancy until I could close on the house."
